We do. After a storm we photograph the damage on your Rex roof and write an itemized estimate you can hand to your adjuster. We do not file the claim for you and we will not promise you what an adjuster is going to approve — that is their call, not ours.
Much less than people expect. Over solid decking with underlayment under it, a Rex metal roof sounds about like a shingle roof from inside the house. The loud tin roof people remember was screwed straight to open purlins over a barn with nothing underneath.
